For any external call please dial 0 followed by the complete telephone number. There are no fees for domestic calls to the German telephone network. Please inform the reception if you want to call to a German mobile phone network and to foreign countries. You will get an activation for your phone in your room and you will be informed about the rates. You get through to other hotel guests by dialling his/her room number.

Tram number 1 stops right in front of the hotel. Passing the football stadium this tram carries you right to the city centre as well as to the theatre and to the train station. To ensure always to be in time, please ask our staff at the reception for the timetable.
