Each room is equipped with a safe. The instructions are attached directly to the safe. You will also find lockers in our wellness facilities in order to store small valuables like your room key. The hotel is not responsible for the room safes. Further to this you can safely deposit money, securities and treasures up to a value of 800,00 € solely in the central hotel safe.

like toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving set or comb you get from the recepcion stuff.

The wellness area is located on the 6th floor. We are happy to heat up our wonderful panoramic view sauna for you, including the steaming bath and the thermium. Please let us know one hour in advance. Fluffy towels lay ready for you. You gain access to the wellness area with your room key for the entire duration of your stay.

In the event of minor adjustments to be done on your clothes you will find a sewing kit in your room. If you need any help contact the reception desk.

Enjoy the quietness thanks to the lovely location of our hotel at park Friedrichsau. However, in case of any unexpected noises our triple glazed windows ensure peaceful silence when closed.

Our guest rooms as well as the restaurant are designated as no smoking zones. Facilities for smokers have been provided outside or in our smoking room. The smoking room is situated on ground floor and can be reached directly from the hotel bar. 

Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and we will charge you the cost for a special cleaning.

You will find souvenirs at the recepcion desk such as homemade "Nussler" or honey and craft beer from our brewery.
